We deliver comprehensive Disability Access Building Audits that identify potential accessibility and inclusion issues within buildings and the approach. Our detailed reports offer valuable insights, enabling you to make informed decisions and ensure compliance with the relevant regulations. We also guide you through the next steps in addressing any identified issues, and help you achieve compliance and inclusion.
A Disability Access Building Audit is a non-invasive visual comparison of the as-built building compared to the granted Disability Access Certificate (DAC), if one exists. If no Disability Access Certificate (DAC) has been granted for the building a retrospective review is conducted, comparing the building or works to the most relevant Disability Access Certificate (DAC) and Part M requirements.
Our Accessibility Audit identifies key elements such as accessible entrances, approach routes, sanitary facilities, disabled facilities, and more. We assess where the building may require upgrades or rectifications to meet accessibility and inclusion standards.
Our audit process can be the first step towards ensuring that your building adheres to Disability Access regulations and is accessible and inclusive for everyone.
